Pottage Pie
Our take on a classic British dish!
For this recipe, you can use ready-made mince or you can try our homemade tempeh mince.
Pie innards:
1 large onion
1 tbsp olive oil
2 medium-sized potatoes chopped into small 4mm cubes
2 medium-sized carrot or small swede chopped into small 4mm cubes

1 tbsp gravy granules or 1 vegetable stock cube
2 tbsp tamari or soy sauce or ½ tsp salt
2 tbsp vinegar (I used Chinese black vinegar) (optional)
½ tbsp of coarse black pepper (optional)
400ml water

200g mince (I used soy mince)
Let it cool for 20 minutes.
Mash:
120ml oat juice
60ml olive oil
1½ tsp salt
Mash the potatoes.
Add the pie Innards of the pie into a pie dish, and add the mashed potatoes on top.
Bake for 30 minutes at 190°c. Enjoy!
