Miso Maple Dressing

Quick salad dressing you can make in a few minutes.

  • 3 tbsp tamari or soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp miso paste

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or agave

  • 2 tbsp vinegar (I used rice vinegar)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Mix until consistent and serve with a salad of your choice.
