Pico de Gallo is a type of Mexican salsa. It is quick, easy and super delicious! It is very versatile and can be used in many different ways. Here’s our take on how to make this delicacy!

You’ll need:

  • 1/2 brown onion peel the onion and chop into small ~3mm pcs

  • 2 green jalapeño or long green peppers deseeded and chopped into small ~3mm pcs

  • 2 large (firm) tomatoes only the outside of the tomatoes, chopped into small ~3mm pcs.

    (You can use the inside of the tomatoes for guacamole or any tomato-based sauce)

  • 1 large lime juiced

  • A handful of coriander finely chopped

  • 1/3 tsp salt

Mix all the ingredients together in a suitably sized mixing bowl.
