Tempeh Mince

A la Carte, is not the most appetising looking until you mix it with other ingredients.

For this recipe, it’s handy to have a food processor, although not necessary.

You’ll need:

  • 200g tempeh

  • 200g button mushrooms

Finely chop or place in a food processor and blitz until chunky. Make sure you keep it chunky and not smooth. Then add…

  • 2 tbsp tamari or soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp black vinegar or balsamic vinegar

Mix together in a pan and simmer gently until all the liquid is soaked up by the tempeh & mushrooms. Serve and enjoy!
